The Signature Hibiscus Berry Splash
A tart, ruby-red hibiscus cooler blended with berries and lime — naturally rich in polyphenols and anthocyanins, with just a whisper of sweetness.

Ingredients
- 4 cupswater
- 3 bagshibiscus tea (or ¼ cup dried hibiscus)
- 1 cupfrozen mixed berries
- 1lime, juiced
- 1–2 tsphoney (optional)
Why hibiscus?
Hibiscus naturally provides:
- Polyphenols
- Anthocyanins
- A tart flavor that reduces the need for excess sugar
Method
Steep the hibiscus
Bring the water to a gentle boil, then steep the hibiscus for about 10 minutes to draw out the deep ruby color and tart flavor.
Cool it down
Remove the tea bags (or strain out the dried flowers) and let the hibiscus tea cool to room temperature, then chill.
Blend with berries
Add the frozen mixed berries and blend lightly — just enough to release their color and natural sweetness, keeping it splashy rather than fully puréed.
Strain if desired
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you would like a cleaner, seed-free splash. Totally optional.
Finish and serve
Stir in the lime juice and, if using, the honey. Taste, adjust, then serve over plenty of ice.
