Two decades at the bedside
I bring over two decades of clinical experience to everything I write here.
As a triple board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Obesity Medicine, and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, I've seen firsthand what happens to the body when proper hydration is neglected: kidney stones, heart failure complications, fatigue that steals people's joy, and weight-loss resistance that nobody connects to what they drink. The list goes on.
The aha moment I cherish most is when a patient realizes that what they drink has been quietly shaping their health all along.
Hydration Bar MD is my home for everything beverages, hydration science, and wellness living. It's also part of a larger mission. I'm the founder of Adara Woman, a wellness community dedicated to helping women in their forties and fifties prevent metabolic disease and step into the most vibrant chapter of their lives.
Both communities share the same heartbeat: prevention is self-care.
