Citrus Ginger Sparkler
A bright, no-added-syrup soda swap — fresh-pressed ginger, three citrus, and a mineral pinch for real hydration. Wellness in every cup.

Ingredients
- 2-inchfresh ginger, peeled & grated
- 1lemon, juiced
- 1orange (medium), juiced
- 1lime, juiced
- 2 tspraw honey (optional, to taste)
- 0.3 tspfine sea salt
- 2 cupssparkling water, well chilled
- 2 cupsice cubes
- 2 sprigsfresh mint
Why it works
A soda swap that actually hydrates:
- Fresh-pressed ginger, no syrup
- Three citrus for natural brightness
- A pinch of sea salt for real mineral hydration
Method
Press the ginger
Peel and finely grate the ginger, then press the pulp through a fine-mesh sieve (or squeeze in cheesecloth) to extract about 1 tablespoon of clean ginger juice. Discard the fibrous pulp — the juice carries all the warmth without the grit.
Whisk the base
In a small jar or pitcher, whisk the ginger juice with the lemon, orange, and lime juice, the raw honey, and the sea salt until the honey fully dissolves. Taste and adjust: more honey for softer, more lemon for sharper, more ginger juice for heat.
Let it meld
Let the base rest a few minutes so the ginger heat and citrus acidity round into each other.
Pour over ice
Fill two tall glasses with ice and divide the citrus-ginger base evenly between them.
Top with sparkle
Top each glass with the chilled sparkling water, stir once gently to keep the fizz, and finish with fresh mint sprigs and a thin wheel of citrus.
