Crisp cucumber, fresh mint, cold water. The starter sip for anyone easing out of plain water.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber½, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves8–10
  • Filtered water1 L (cold)
  • Iceto taste

How to sip

Slice cucumber thin — rounds or half-moons both work.

Lightly bruise mint leaves between your palms to release oils.

Combine in a 1-L jug; top with cold water and ice.

Steep in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before drinking.
